Our ISO 10243 die spring range provides a comprehensive selection of standard mold springs designed to meet ISO 10243 specifications. These springs feature a rectangular wire cross-section and are coated with a high-performance E-COAT cataphoretic finish, providing excellent corrosion resistance and a durable, thin paint layer for reliable performance in all moulding and industrial applications.
This range contains over 700 sizes, covering applications from very light to super heavy load requirements. The load rating is associated with the colour of the spring, as follows:
- Extra Light: Light Green
- Light Load: Green
- Medium Load: Blue
- Strong Load: Red
- Extra Strong: Yellow
- Ultra Strong: White
- Hyper Strong: Silver
- Super Strong: Titanium
