US Die Springs ▼
The US Die Springs series is a North American standard widely used in moulding and industrial applications. These springs feature an oval wire cross-section and are distinguished by partial colour-coding applied after E-COAT coating, allowing quick identification of spring load category.
Our US Die Spring range contains over 400 sizes, covering applications from high-deflection medium to extra-heavy loads. The E-COAT cataphoretic coating provides uniform coverage, excellent corrosion resistance, and a durable, thin paint layer.
The load rating is associated with the colour of the spring, as follows:
- Medium Duty: Blue
- Medium Heavy Duty: Red
- Heavy Duty: Gold
- Extra Heavy Duty: Green
